Breathwork powered by the Full Moon! * Women’s Circle *

This is a monthly Breathwork class for women in alignment with the Full Moon. Full Moons are potent times to do healing work. Experience the power of coming into circle with like-hearted sisters, sharing in community, and engaging in breath practices and rituals inspired by the energy of that moment’s Moon.

Please bring a journal/paper and pen.

Held at Chico Holistic Wellness Center. 287 Rio Lindo Ave., Chico.

*Please leave at least 2 hours to digest any food prior to the class
