Hands & Heart at SOL

SOL is more than a gathering — it’s a collective effort. Each year, women step in behind the scenes to help tend the spaces, prepare meals, reset gathering areas, and support the flow of the retreat.

If you feel called to join us in this way, we invite you to apply for a work trade position.

Work trade roles may include:
• Setting up and breaking down gathering spaces
• Assisting with meal prep, clean-up, and kitchen support
• Helping maintain shared areas throughout the weekend
• Light organizational support during transitions

In exchange, we offer discounted retreat tuition including campsite ($400) and the opportunity to experience SOL from a deeply woven, supportive role within the community.

Please note:
Work trade requires reliability, presence, and a willingness to serve the collective experience. Some roles may require arriving early, staying late, or supporting during transition times between sessions.

If this feels aligned, please complete the short questionnaire below. We review each submission with care and will follow up if it feels like a mutual fit.
